Shipping and Delivery: Free* to any location in the continental US with Credit Card Payment or use of an Official Agency or Company Purchase Order Number (PO#) [*$25 min. purchase]
Standard shipping as described here is Free* to destinations within the continental United States. ILR makes every effort to ship your order within one business day. Shipments are made by UPS ground service - we do not ship to PO Boxes. If you cannot enter a physical address please call or e-mail our office to set up a special delivery process. Alaska and Hawaii customers please call for a quote. If you need a product shipped immediately, we will gladly expedite your order for additional shipping costs. Please contact us should you need such a service.
Regarding International Orders
We can no longer accept international orders without payment. Once we receive payment we will ship your order immediately. Please use the currency converter on the checkout page in PayPal to determine the costs in your currency. The best method of payment for international orders is credit card. The issuing bank should be very exact in converting the charges to US funds.
Shipping costs will be calculated by total amount of purchase:
$.01 - $40.00 purchase total = shipping is 75% of total amount
$40.00 and up purchase total = shipping is 50% of total amount

Returns: Our Guarantee
All products can be previewed for 30 days! We want you to be absolutely satisfied with our services and products. If you are not completely satisfied with a product from ILR Inc, you may return it for a prompt and courteous credit or a full refund. We ask only that returned products be in salable condition. Please insure the items you are returning. Buyers’ are responsible for the costs associated with returns, unless this was a result of our error. Before returning any product, please call 800-820-0001 or use the PayPal site to facilitate your return.
